Over the past while, some of you reported problems with our iPhone and iPad app - notably that, over time, it would eventually freeze at the initial "Loading..." part. We believe we've corrected this issue now with our latest update. However you WILL need to delete the app and reinstall it. Given that we didn't experience this problem ourselves we will need you (the people who were affected) to please contact us and let us know if this resolves the problem.
